Unboxing

• This mattresses is rolled and vacuum packed, so should be removed from the packaging as soon as possible after delivery
• Once unrolled, please allow up to 24 hours for the mattress to fully expand and recover to its intended shape and comfort level
• During the first few hours, the mattress may feel slightly firmer than expected – this will settle as it fully expands
• Some customers may notice a slight, harmless smell when first opening the mattress. This is known as off-gassing, which is normal for newly manufactured foam products. The smell is temporary and typically dissipates within a few hours to a couple of days.

We recommend placing the mattress in a well-ventilated room during this time to help the process
